Which countries we supply to
We supply to all European Union countries, as long as the payment for the order is made in euros.
The countries we supply to are:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value is 250 € (VAT excluded) for orders placed by Spain-based companies, whose final address delivery is in Mainland Spain or Mainland Portugal. Otherwise, the minimum order value is 1000 € (VAT excluded).
How to order
To place an order, download and fill in the order form on the homepage first.
Note: for orders placed by companies set up abroad of Spain, VAT will not be charged if the order form states it is a company which places the order and the VAT registration number to trade within the European Union. Otherwise, VAT will be charged, which is currently 16% in Spain.
Once the order form is filled in, e-mail it to pedidos@goldencosmetica.com
When we receive the order form filled in properly, we will send you the order number by e-mail. After you receive the order number, you can make the payment. Once we have received the payment for your order, it will be dispatched, if it is to be dispatched to Mainland Spain or Mainland Portugal.
For orders to be dispatched to Balearic Islands, island in Portugal or European Union countries other than Spain or Portugal, your carrier is able to collect the package at our warehouse from the time we have e-mailed you your order is ready to be collected, by prior appointment. Our warehouse is at C/ Severo Ochoa, 9, in Leganés (Madrid). We can also deliver the package to your carrier anywhere in Mainland Spain or Mainland Portugal (in that case, the delivery charges will be the same as for Mainland Spain or Mainland Portugal).
Payment options
We accept payments into our bank account and in euros only. Orders are to be paid to Maria Angeles Garcia Gonzalez.

Delivery information for Mainland Spain and Mainland Portugal
Our carrier is Tourline.
The delivery charges are:
Up to 4 items .......... 9 €
From 5 to 20 items .......... 11 €
From 21 to 40 items .......... 12 €
From 41 to 60 items .......... 14 €
From 61 to 80 items .......... 17 €
From 81 to 100 items .......... 20 €
From 101 to 120 items ......... 22 €
From 121 to 140 items .......... 24 €
From 141 to 160 items .......... 27 €
If the order exceeds 160 items, there will be a 0,18 € charge for each item exceeding this amount.
Most orders will be delivered within 4-7 working days from the time we have received the payment for your the order, although in some cases the goods ordered are not at our warehouse when the order is placed, it may take from 15 to 20 working days to arrive.
If the person the package is addressed to is not at the specified address when a delivery man come to deliver it, he will leave a notification slip, so the package can be collected at the nearest Tourline branch office within 10 days. If after 10 days the package is not collected, you must request for the shipment to GoldenCosmetica again (in that case, delivery charges will be charged again).
Delivery charges are non refundable for unclaimed, returned, refused or undeliverable packages, unless we made an error.
Orders to be dispatched to Balearic Islands, islands in Portugal and European Union countries other than Spain or Portugal
In this case, is the responsibility of the customer the transportation and insurance of the goods.

Taxes
For orders placed by companies set up abroad of Spain, VAT will not be charged if the acceptance of being a company and the VAT registration number to trade within the European Union are on the order form (in that case, the VAT charge is the responsibility of the company that places the order). Otherwise, VAT will be charged, which is currently 16% in Spain.
For orders placed by Spanish companies, VAT will be charged.
Type of products we supply
All our products are genuine, brand new and in regular format.
We do not sell testers.
Order cancellations
Once we have received the payment, the order cannot be cancelled.
Return policy
Once an item is purchased, it cannot be returned, unless we made an error.
Damage claims
In the event an item arrives damaged, you have to report it to us within 48 working hours from the time you received the package.
It is necessary that you send us an e-mail to contact@goldencosmetica.com, specifying which item has the damage, what is the damage, the name of the company that placed the order, the address, the contact telephone number, the e-mail address, and the order number.
Keep the damaged item and we will contact you.
Items we could not supply
In the event that GoldenCosmetica could not supply an item, the payment for it would be refunded in full into the customer’s bank account, along with the delivery charges (for Mainland Spain or Portugal if the item was the only one in that order).
